  1. déterminer, lors du démarrage du véhicule et lors de la détection d’un panneau de signalisation particulier par l’appareillage de reconnaissance de panneaux de signalisation, si sur au moins une des roues du véhicule est monté un accessoire antidérapant auquel est fixé un appareil de communication en champ proche ; et, lorsqu’il est établi que tel est le cas,
