Pompe à vide (1 ; 100) comportant un dispositif d’injection de gaz (20) comportant au moins une canalisation (21) configurée pour être reliée à une source de gaz et pour injecter un flux de gaz dans la pompe à vide (1 ; 100) comprenant au moins un détecteur de présence du flux de gaz (22) comprenant au moins deux orifices calibrés (23, 24) montés en série dans la canalisation (21), et un capteur de pression (25) configuré pour mesurer une pression dans la canalisation (21), entre les orifices calibrés (23, 24), une unité de surveillance (26) reliée au capteur de pression (25) et configurée pour détecter un défaut de flux gaz en fonction de la mesure du capteur de pression (25).
