Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de traitement d’un mélange, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) introduction, dans un réacteur, d’un mélange initial comprenant de la matière sèche comprenant une matière indésirable,b) ajout d’un réactif enzymatique dans le réacteur contenant le mélange initial, le réactif enzymatique comprenant au moins une enzyme à une concentration massique comprise entre 0,01 et 20% en poids par rapport au poids total de la matière sèche compris dans le mélange initial,c) mise en contact du mélange initial et du réactif enzymatique à une température comprise entre 10 et 80 °C pendant une durée comprise entre 5 minutes et 72 heures pour obtenir un mélange liquéfié,d) filtration du mélange liquéfié pour séparer la matière indésirable du mélange et obtenir un mélange filtré, la filtration étant mise en œuvre par un moyen filtrant.
