Abstract

Table à rallonge centrale La présente invention concerne une table (1) à rallonge centrale, comprenant un châssis (2), deux plateaux mobiles (3,4) prenant appui sur ledit châssis (2) et aptes à être rapprochés l’un de l’autre de manière à constituer à eux seuls une surface continue, ou à être écartés symétriquement l’un de l’autre, ou l’un indépendamment de l’autre de manière à permettre la mise en place d’une ou plusieurs rallonges (5) dites centrales entre lesdits plateaux mobiles (3,4), ledit châssis (2) étant constitué de deux longerons (7) à longueur variable, deux traverses (8), lesdites traverses (8) et les longerons (7) étant assemblés perpendiculairement deux à deux pour former un cadre horizontal (6), et quatre pieds (9) verticaux s’étendant aux quatre coins du cadre (6) sous ce dernier ; ladite table est remarquable en ce que chaque longeron (7) comprend deux parties, un longeron dit fixe (7a) et un longeron dit mobile (7b), le longeron fixe (7a) et le longeron mobile (7b) étant constitués d’un tube profilé de section transversale rectangulaire dans lequel s’étend une coulisse (10) de section transversale rectangulaire et comprenant une rainure centrale longitudinale (11), les extrémités libres de la coulisse (10) étant munies d’un embout de coulisse (12), et les extrémités distales des longerons fixe (7a) et mobile (7b) étant respectivement munies d’une tête de coulisse (13) et d’une tête de coulisse complémentaire (14) apte à coopérer par emboitement avec la tête de coulisse (13).
