Abstract
Système de prédiction du risque de survenue d’un accident vasculaire cérébral (AVC) hémorragique (1) par analyse de la corrélation entre la biomécanique carotidienne, et le profil tensionnel chez un patient, comprenant :- un dispositif de surveillance (2) comprenant au moins un capteur de vibrations (4) configuré pour mesurer des ondes mécaniques générées par l’onde pouls artériels ou toute autre onde de cisaillement ou de compression propagées dans une paroi de carotide, ,- un dispositif de mesure automatique de la tension artérielle du patient (20), ledit dispositif de mesure (20) étant synchronisé avec ledit dispositif de surveillance (2), - une unité de calcul (10) configurée pour analyser des mesures provenant du dispositif de surveillance (2) et du dispositif de mesure automatique de la tension artérielle (20) par une intelligence artificielle pour détecter s’il y a un risque de survenue d’un AVC hémorragique chez le patient ou de sa récidive.
