Calibration d'un atténuateur RF La présente description concerne un circuit (100') comprenant :une borne d'entrée (RFin) configurée pour recevoir un premier signal à une première fréquence ;une chaîne de démodulation (101) connectée à la borne d'entrée (RFin) et comprenant un amplificateur faible bruit (LNA) ayant une entrée couplée, de préférence connectée, à ladite borne (RFin) ; une impédance variable commandable (104) connectée entre un premier noeud (105) et un noeud (106) configuré pour recevoir un potentiel de référence (GND), le premier noeud (105) étant connecté à la borne d'entrée (RFin) et/ou à l'entrée de l'amplificateur (LNA) ; etune source de courant (300) configurée pour fournir un courant (ical) à la première fréquence (FRF) au premier noeud (105).
