Composition comprenant des gélifiants aqueux, des tensioactifs et de l’acide ascorbique La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant au moins une phase aqueuse gélifiée par au moins un polysaccharide non amylacé choisi parmi les gommes de scléroglucane, les gommes xanthane, les carraghénanes ou leurs mélanges; au moins une phase grasse ; au moins un tensioactif hydrophile choisi parmi les mono-, di- ou triesters de sucrose et d’acides gras, au moins un tensioactif choisi parmi les esters de glycérol ; et au moins 5 % en poids d’acide ascorbique et/ou l’un de ses dérivés, par rapport au poids total de la composition.
