Abstract
PROCEDE DE CONCEPTION ET FABRICATION D’UN PYLONE L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un pylône, comprenant des étapes consistant à : définir une silhouette de pylône formée d’une pluralité de tronçons (T1-T6) de pylône de structures identiques, correspondant à un plus grand pylône susceptible d’être réalisé, sélectionner des tronçons consécutifs de la silhouette de pylône, en fonction d’une hauteur spécifiée d’un pylône à réaliser, sélectionner une configuration parmi des configurations définies pour chaque barre de chaque tronçon sélectionné, effectuer un calcul de simulation par un calculateur pour déterminer des contraintes mécaniques subies par les configurations sélectionnées des barres des tronçons sélectionnés lorsque le pylône est soumis à une contrainte de vent maximum, si les configurations sélectionnées des barres des tronçons sélectionnés ne sont pas sous-dimensionnées, sélectionner parmi les barres fabriquées, des barres ayant les configurations sélectionnées pour chacun des tronçons sélectionnés, et assembler les barres fabriquées sélectionnées pour former le pylône (PYL, 1).
