Abstract

Procédé de moulage de pièce en matière plastique recyclée de couleur sombre (1), par dessus une autre pièce de couleur plus vive (2) de manière à lui donner sur une partie de sa surface une zone plus visible satisfaisant les préoccupations de sécurité. Le procédé est notamment appliqué à la fabrication de plots de stabilisation de panneaux de signalisation temporaires ou de barrières de chantier. Le procédé consiste à insérer préalablement dans la cavité du moule de mise en forme de la matière recyclée de couleur sombre une autre pièce de couleur plus vive. Cette dernière est conçue de telle sorte qu’elle est calée par ses formes à l’intérieur de la cavité, ce qui la préserve de tout mouvement lorsqu’elle subit l’arrivée du flux de la matière recyclée. D’autres formes spécifiques lui permet d’être retenues par la matière recyclée sans possibilité de désolidarisation une fois le moulage terminé. Figure pour l’abrégé : fig. 1
