Abstract
L’invention concerne un banc d’essai (1) pour solliciter en torsion une pièce (100) d’une turbomachine d’aéronef, comprenant un système de reprise de couple (4), lui-même comprenant : - un guignol (10) solidaire en rotation de la pièce (100), - des galets (11) de support du guignol (10) et de guidage en rotation du guignol (10) autour dudit axe (X), - un portique (30) comportant deux montants verticaux (31) qui sont situés de chaque côté de la pièce (100), et - des bielles (20) de liaison du guignol (10) aux montants (31) du portique (30), chaque bielle (20) comportant une première extrémité (21) articulée sur le guignol (10) et une seconde extrémité (22) opposée articulée sur un des montants (31). L’invention concerne en outre un procédé de mise en œuvre d’un effort en torsion d’une pièce (100), telle qu’un arbre de turbomachine d’aéronef, au moyen d’un banc d’essai (1) tel que décrit précédemment. The invention further relates to a method for applying a torsional force to a part (100), such as an aircraft turbomachine shaft, by means of a test bench (1) such than previously described.
