Abstract
La présente concerne un moteur (1) à combustion interne comprenant une chambre de combustion (6), au moins une soupape d’admission (10) et une soupape d’échappement (14), un injecteur (17) de carburant pour une injection directe dans la chambre (6) de combustion, des moyens d’allumage de la combustion, des moyens (23) de commande agencés pour commander les soupapes (10, 14), l’injecteur (17) et les moyens d’allumage et faire fonctionner le moteur (1) selon différents modes de combustion incluant un mode de combustion par allumage commandé, un mode de combustion par allumage par compression et un mode de combustion par allumage par compression assisté, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d’allumage sont composés d’au moins deux dispositifs d’allumage (18, 19) disposés dans la chambre de combustion (6), les moyens (23) de commande étant agencés pour activer les moyens d’allumage (18, 19) dans le mode de combustion par allumage par compression assisté.
