Abstract

Description

Device for applying a solid, powdered, pasty and/or gelled product.

1. FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a device for applying a solid, powdered, pasty and/or gelled product, in particular for a cylindrical assembly.

TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND

There is an enormous variety of bags, briefcases or boxes on the market for products, in particular chemicals, for personal use, in particular for beauty accessories and/or for cosmetic products, having a sufficiently compact appearance to allow them to be taken with you on a trip. .

However, restrictions related to travel, particularly by air, force travelers to limit the nature and quantity of products carried.

Thus, for example, luggage for beauty accessories and/or for cosmetic products as illustrated in US3381119 finds its place with difficulty in a contemporary travel suitcase. Indeed, on the one hand, the size of such a bag prevents it from being easily carried away, and on the other hand, the need to present the various liquid products before boarding during air travel for example, makes this type outdated and unattractive luggage.

There are also devices comprising several compartments as illustrated in US1421311, DE20309533U1, US2077219 US2645375, US4165815, US2003/0217761A1 or even WO2007/099567. However, these devices are not suitable for current uses and products. In addition, they are not part of an eco-responsible approach to limit waste.

The present invention is part of the patent application FR2005413 (and possible extensions and filings in relation), proposing a plurality of solutions to remedy these drawbacks and propose a modular device, rechargeable and suitable for modern use.

The object of the present invention proposes a complementary and additional device to that previously mentioned allowing the distribution of a solid, powdered, pasty and/or gelled product.

The object of the present invention relates to a cosmetic assembly comprising:
- a grouping element of cylindrical shape, such as a module for a cosmetic box, having a wall defining an internal volume,
- at least one sub-element arranged inside said internal volume,
in which :
if there are several sub-elements then:
- said sub-elements are arranged inside said internal volume so that each sub-element comprises at least one surface in contact with an internal surface of the wall of the grouping element, preferably at least sub- elements is held in place in the cylindrically-shaped grouping element, for example by a clip,
- at least one of the sub-elements comprises a utensil, and/or
- at least one of the sub-elements, preferably refillable, comprises a cosmetic product loading volume; Or
if there is only one sub-element, then:
- Said sub-element which comprises a utensil and/or a cosmetic product loading volume is held in place in the cylindrically-shaped grouping element, for example by a clip.

The object of the present invention also relates to a sub-element suitable for the implementation of the cosmetic assembly according to the present invention.

The object of the present invention therefore falls within a context which relates to a device comprising at least two stackable elements, hereinafter called "stacking device", in which the elements of the stack are removably fixed to the to each other, characterized in that:
- at least one of the elements comprises a contact zone with another element, said contact zone comprises at least one through hole, preferably at least two through holes arranged opposite each other in said stacking device, designed for the passage of a fluid product, at least one of the two elements in contact preferably comprises at least one male protrusion making it possible to hold the two elements in position (for example by fitting into a female notch provided on the other element) and/or prevent the stacking device from coming apart;
- the at least two elements are fixed to each other by screwing, the screwing being obtained by screwing less than one turn and each of the at least two elements comprises at least one product and/or at least one utensil, one at least least of the two elements optionally comprises at least one male protuberance (preferably positioned on the thread allowing screwing) making it possible to hold the two elements in position and/or to prevent the stacking device from coming apart; and or
- at least one of the at least two elements comprises a product refill, the other at least one of the two elements being designed to comprise a product and/or utensil storage cavity.

The object of the present invention therefore falls within a context which also relates to a removable compartment that can be built into one of the elements of the stacking device according to the present invention, possibly accompanied by at least one second such compartment.

The object of the present invention therefore falls within a context which also relates to a kit comprising the stacking device, a bulk fluid, paste or gel dispenser, a refill of chemical product, at least one utensil for chemical and/or a removable insert compartment.

DEFINITIONS

By "product", it is understood in the context of the present invention any product, whether agri-food, chemical, natural, synthetic, etc. differentiable from the device according to the invention.

By “chemical product”, it is understood in the context of the present invention compounds as they are presented in the natural state or as they are obtained by any production process. More particularly, a “chemical product” according to the present invention relates to a compound obtained by a production process involving at least one chemical reaction linked to human intervention. Thus a “chemical product” according to the present invention preferably relates to a chemical product manufactured for personal use. Thus, a “device for a chemical product” has particular structural characteristics allowing said device to be able to accommodate such a chemical product in a safe and stable manner. For example, a device for an "acid chemical product" will have at least one surface treatment allowing it to be resistant to this acid, or even a "device for cosmetic chemical product" will present structural and packaging characteristics allowing it to contain on a long-term (six months, one year, two years, three years, four years, five years or even more) a cosmetic product in adequate sanitary conditions (in particular with regard to microbial contamination).

By "stackable element", it is understood in the context of the present invention a solid part configured so that it comprises at least one means of connection with at least one second solid part to form a row. Preferably, in the context of the present invention, a stackable element is configured in such a way that it comprises two connection means arranged opposite to each other on said element, in order to constitute a substantially linear row. of several elements, the elements thus being in contact with two other elements with the exception of the elements at the two ends of the row.

By "contact zone", it is understood in the context of the present invention a surface capable of coming into contact with another stackable element according to the present invention and allowing the two elements to be removably fixed to one another. other. For example, such a contact zone can be a thread making it possible to screw two elements together.

By "fixing in a removable manner", it is understood in the context of the present invention the establishment, durable if necessary, in a position at least one element, while allowing its removal. In the context of the present invention, this establishment in a position and withdrawal (i.e. fixing in a removable manner) can be repeated as many times as desired and/or necessary.

By “fluid”, it is understood in the context of the present invention any body capable of marrying the shape of its container, having no specific shape and whose physical integrity allows it to flow without application of pressure, at the through an orifice whose diameter would be for example 1cm. In the context of the present invention, this body can therefore relate to a liquid, a gel, or a powder.

By "maintaining the two elements in position", it is understood in the context of the present invention that the protrusion (for example on the thread of a first element) comes to engage in a notch (registered for example in the thread of the second element), making it possible to lock the two elements relative to each other, temporarily or permanently depending on the size and shape of the protrusion. In a particular embodiment, the protrusion and the notch are arranged in such a way that at least one through orifice is arranged to allow the passage of a fluid (for example towards the outside of the device according to the present invention).

By "screwing less than one turn", it is understood in the context of the present invention that locking by screwing is achieved by performing a fraction of a turn, for example three-quarters of a turn, a half-turn, or a quarter turn.

By "removable built-in compartment", it is understood in the context of the present invention a space delimited by walls and whose general external shape has been adapted to be placed in a dedicated space in the device according to the present invention and to marry the outlines. The fact that this compartment is removable means that it can be placed and then removed and that this process can be repeated as many times as desired and/or necessary.

By “fluid, pasty or gel bulk dispenser”, it is understood in the context of the present invention a device making it possible to directly dispense a fluid (as defined above), a gel (not meeting the definition of fluid above), or a pasty product. This distributor can dispense these products for example under the effect of pressure, or by a mechanical system dispensing pre-established doses of product(s).

By "utensil for chemical product", it is understood in the context of the present invention a tool for daily use, making it possible to apply a chemical product as described herein. For example, it may be an applicator for a household chemical product (such as a sponge, gloves, goggles, etc.) or for a cosmetic product (such as an eye shadow applicator, a comb, brush, toothbrush, etc.).

By "product refill", it is understood in the context of the present invention a container of product in particular chemical as defined above, making it possible to supply the device according to the present invention with this product in particular chemical.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Stacking device for product: general aspects

In particular, there is described a stacking device comprising at least two stackable elements in which the elements are removably fixed to each other, characterized in that:
- at least one of the elements comprises a contact zone with another element, said contact zone comprises at least one through hole, preferably at least two through holes arranged opposite each other in said stacking device, designed for the passage of a fluid product;
- the at least two elements are fixed to each other by screwing, the screwing being obtained by screwing less than one turn and each of the at least two elements comprises at least one chemical product (for example cosmetic) and/or at least one utensil (eg cosmetic); and or
- at least one of the at least two elements comprises a product refill, the other at least one of the two elements being designed to comprise a product and/or utensil storage cavity.

One of the notable advantages of the stacking device is that it can be characterized in that the elements are designed to be arranged in a modular manner vis-à-vis each other.

By "modular", it is understood in the context of the present invention that the various elements of the stacking device can be arranged according to the wishes of the user(s).

The stacking device is typically of a size and a weight allowing it to be gripped and lifted, for example with one hand, in order, for example, to take it on a trip with either.

In addition, the stacking device may comprise one or more systems for locking the elements to each other so that they do not come off unintentionally. Any locking system applicable in this case can be added to said stacking device, for example a spring lever, a locking clip, Velcro® or even a tightening loop.

For example, the greatest distance between two ends of the stacking device may be between 1 centimeter (cm) and 1 meter (m), preferably between 5cm and 50cm, more preferably between 7cm and 40cm, even more preferably between 10cm and 30cm, such as 20cm (plus or minus 10%).

For example, the empty weight of the stacking device can be between 1 gram (g) and 10 kilograms (kg), preferably between 10g and 2kg, more preferably between 100g and 1kg, even more preferably between 200g and 700g, such as 500g (plus or minus 10%).

The stacking device can comprise elements of different heights and/or shapes, or it can comprise several elements of the same height(s) and/or shape(s). The stacking device can thus comprise thin and/or thick modules, one taken in comparison with the other.

The stacking device can be provided in the form of a column. The section of this column can be of any flat geometric shape, comprising straight and/or curved exterior lines. Such a shape can be a polygon (triangle, rectangle, rhombus, square, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon, octagon, etc.), a regular circle (the curve variation is constant) or irregular (such as an oval) or a hybrid geometric shape comprising at least one part consisting of at least one straight line and at least one part consisting of a curve. This column can be cylindrical in shape, i.e. the generatrices (straight lines constituting the length of the cylinder) are parallel. Preferably, the stacking device is of right circular cylindrical shape (cylinder whose section is a regular circle). For example, the greatest distance between two ends of the cross section of the stacking device can be between 1cm and 50cm, preferably between 2cm and 25cm, more preferably between 5cm and 20cm, even more preferably between 7cm and 15cm , such as 10cm (plus or minus 20%).

The stacking device can be supplied in any material. Preferably, the material is organic (including carbon), natural (such as wood) or synthetic (such as plastics). In one embodiment, the stacking device can be provided in a biodegradable material, i.e. a natural (e.g. microbial) or pollution-induced action breaks it down fairly quickly (one to two years maximum ) and makes it disappear from the environment by converting it into simple molecules that can be used by other organisms such as plants. Preferably, the stacking device is provided in a composite ecological polymer, for example a bioplastic (therefore not petroleum-based), such as comprising a castor derivative (for example Rilsan PA11), a mineral powder (for example talc, and/or oyster shell powder) and/or vegetable flours (for example wood flour and/or reed flour). - at least one of the at least two elements comprises a chemical refill, the other at least one of the two elements being adapted to comprise a cavity for storing chemical product and/or chemical utensil(s) .

In a particular embodiment, the chemical stacking device comprising at least two stackable elements wherein the elements removably attach to each other, wherein at least one of the at least two elements includes a refill of chemical product, the other at least one of the two elements being designed to comprise a storage cavity for chemical product and/or utensil(s) for chemical product, characterized in that:

Advantageously, the stacking device can be characterized in that the products are refillable, for example in the form of capsule(s), solid product(s) and/or fluid bulk(s). The product can thus be placed in a compartment, itself placed in the stacking device.

Advantageously, the stacking device according to the present invention may comprise a system of markers that can be placed on one of the outer surfaces of said device making it possible to identify the nature of the product that the element concerned comprises. For example, a dot(s) system (possibly with a relief) can make it possible to quickly identify the product (for example one dot “●” can mean “soap”, two dots “●●” can mean “shampoo”, three dots “●●●” can mean deodorant, four dots “●●●●” can mean “cream”).

By "refillable product", it is understood in the context of the present invention a product that can be supplied as many times as necessary and/or desired in the stacking device.

By "fluid bulk", it is understood in the context of the present invention a fluid as defined above in which the product passes through an unconditioned state just before its introduction into the stacking device.

Preferably, the stacking device can be characterized in that said stacking device comprises an element adapted to be refilled by a liquid and solid bulk dispenser.

In a particular embodiment, the stacking device can be characterized in that at least one element is fixed to the others by screwing.

In a particular embodiment, the stacking device can be characterized in that at least one element is fixed to the others by screwing and/or in that the elements are fixed to each other in a sealed manner.

In a preferred embodiment, the screwing means in the closed position can be secured by means of a safety catch which prevents the stacking device from coming apart unexpectedly.

Preferably, the stacking device can be characterized in that the cosmetic product is chosen from at least one of the following products: shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, face cream, body cream, body milk, deodorant, wax , fixing gel for hair, toothpaste, make-up remover liquid, foundation, eye shadow, lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, gloss, blush, nail polish, perfume, foundation, soap, deodorant and perfume. These cosmetic products can be in a fluid or solid state.

- the at least two elements are fixed to each other by screwing, the screwing being obtained by screwing less than one turn and each of the at least two elements comprises at least one household product and/or at least one utensil for a household product; and or

The stacking device can be characterized in that the household product is chosen from at least one of the following products: multi-purpose cleaner, dishwashing liquid, limescale remover, sanitizing spray, detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher product, window cleaner, bleach and induction plate washing liquid.

Use

In addition, the Applicant has noticed that the proposed solution is not restricted to nomadic use (when traveling for example), but can also be implemented daily in a sedentary manner.

Compartment

A removable compartment can also be fitted into the stacking device.

- said sub-elements (SE) are arranged inside said internal volume (VI) so that each sub-element (SE) comprises at least one surface in contact with an internal surface of the wall of the element regrouping (ER),
- at least one of the sub-elements (SE) comprises a utensil, and/or
- at least one of the sub-elements (SE) comprises a loading volume (VC) of cosmetic product; Or
if there is only one sub-element (SE), then:
