Abstract

Dispositif d’échappement de moteur thermique d’un véhicule automobile, comprenant une enveloppe extérieure fermée (6) présentant suivant un axe principal d’un côté avant une entrée des gaz d’échappement (2), et du côté arrière opposé une sortie de ces gaz (8), et comprenant à l’intérieur un boîtier (12) de système de dépollution de ces gaz présentant un contour espacé de l’enveloppe extérieure (6) pour former autour de ce boîtier (12) une chambre acoustique (32), l’enveloppe extérieure (6) comportant des bossages (30) tournés vers l’intérieur prenant appui sur le boîtier (12) pour le caler.
