Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’un carter (3) de turbomachine d’aéronef, le carter (3) comportant une enveloppe (29) réalisée dans un matériau composite comportant des fibres tissées et noyées dans une résine, l’enveloppe (29) comportant un corps longitudinal (29a) et au moins une bride (29c) s’étendant radialement et vers l’extérieur depuis le corps longitudinal (29a), caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte les étapes de : - mise en place d’une préforme (34) en matière tissée dans un moule d’injection (25) ; - mise en place d’une plaque de renfort (31 ; 31’) contre une saillie annulaire radiale (34c ; 34c’) de la préforme (34) ; - fermeture du moule d’injection (25) autour de la préforme (34) ; - injection de résine dans le moule d’injection (25).
