Abstract
L’invention concerne une machine (10) de fabrication additive par dépôt de lit de poudre, la machine comprenant une surface de travail (12) sur laquelle est déposée au moins une couche de poudre (14) de fabrication additive, la machine comprenant un dispositif (16) de consolidation sélective par fusion totale ou partielle d’une couche de poudre déposée sur la surface de travail, et la machine comprenant un dispositif (18) d’évacuation des fumées créées par la consolidation sélective d’une couche de poudre, le dispositif de consolidation sélective émettant au moins deux faisceaux (F1,F2) d’énergie ou de chaleur vers la surface de travail, la surface de travail étant divisée en au moins deux zones de travail (Z1,Z2) accolées l’une à l’autre, et un premier faisceau (F1) consolidant la poudre dans une première zone de travail (Z1) et un second faisceau (F2) consolidant la poudre dans une seconde zone de travail (Z2). Le dispositif (18) d’évacuation des fumées comprend au moins une rampe centrale (40) d’aspiration de gaz et/ou de soufflage de gaz montée mobile en translation au-dessus d’une zone de recouvrement (ZR) des différentes zones de travail accolées, et deux rampes latérales (42,44) d’aspiration de gaz et/ou de soufflage de gaz montées fixes et disposées de part-et-d’autre de la surface de travail, et la rampe centrale (40) s’étend au moins sur une dimension maximale de la surface de travail (12) prise dans une direction transversale (DT) et se déplace en translation dans une direction longitudinale (DL) perpendiculaire à la direction transversale, les directions longitudinale et transversale étant parallèles au plan (P12) de la surface de travail et de la poudre.
