Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour l'installation d'une ferrure de positionnement de capot de soufflante dans une entrée d'air d'aéronef. Une bride moteur de l’entrée d’air est prise comme référence de positionnement de la ferrure à installer. Le dispositif selon l’invention comprend un outil principal (1) comportant : un socle (3) présentant une face plane (30) destinée à être plaquée contre une face transversale de la bride moteur, et deux chevilles (4) configurées pour s'insérer dans des perçages de référence (112) de la bride moteur ;une tête (5) formant tenon, configurée pour être insérée sans jeu dans une lumière oblongue (302) de la ferrure à installer et dotée, à sa base, d'un flasque (6) formant butée pour la ferrure ; un corps rigide (7) reliant le socle (3) et la tête (5). L’outil principal garantit le calage horaire de la ferrure. Un outil secondaire (2) peut être utilisé pour plus de précision dans le calage en X et le calage radial de la ferrure.
