Abstract

Véhicule automobile comprenant un plancher (12) comprenant un premier compartiment (16) de réception d’un réservoir de carburant (18) et un deuxième compartiment (20) en amont dudit premier compartiment (16) et séparé dudit compartiment par un essieu arrière (26) auquel sont reliées deux roues arrière (14). Le véhicule comprend un système de protection (30) monté sur la surface extérieure du plancher et configuré pour dévier le deuxième compartiment (20) vers le haut lors d’un choc à l’arrière du véhicule.
