L’invention concerne un procédé in vitro ou ex vivo de conservation d’un tissu ovarien germinal ou de cellules ovariennes germinales, ou de folliculogénèse à partir dudit tissu ou cellules ovariennes germinales, comprenant la culture du tissu ovarien germinal ou des cellules ovariennes germinales dans un bioréacteur dont les parois sont composées d’un biomatériau sous forme d’un hydrogel.
