Abstract

Composition nutritionnelle liquide longue conservation à teneur élevée en protéines solubles de lait. La présente invention concerne une composition nutritionnelle liquide longue conservation à température ambiante comprenant une quantité élevée de protéines solubles de lait. A ce titre, la composition selon l’invention comprend : au moins une source de protéines, de l’eau, et se caractérise en ce qu’au moins 5 % en poids de la composition est une source de protéines solubles de lait non hydrolysées contenant une teneur en minéraux inférieure à 7 % en poids de ladite source et une teneur en calcium inférieure à 0,5 %, en poids de matière protéique de la source, et en ce que la composition présente une viscosité inférieure à 200 mPa.s, à 20°C, ainsi qu’un pH inférieur ou égal à 3,6.
