Titre : Système de diffusion confidentielle d’information à caractère commercial, mettant en œuvre une plateforme informatique et une clé mémoire de type USB apte à communiquer avec la plateforme L’invention concerne un système de diffusion confidentielle d’information, mettant en œuvre :- une plateforme informatique (1) donnant accès à un site web (10) et comprenant au moins une première base de données (11) descriptives d’un produit et/ou d’un service et/ou d’un établissement marchand, la plateforme informatique incluant des premiers moyens de communication (12) longue distance ; - au moins une clé mémoire (2) de type USB sur laquelle est stockée au moins une deuxième base de données (20) descriptives dudit produit et/ou dudit service et/ou dudit établissement marchand, caractérisé en ce que la clé mémoire (2) intègre des deuxièmes moyens de communication (22) longue distance aptes à communiquer avec les premiers moyens de communication (12) longue distance, la plateforme informatique (1) étant paramétrée pour émettre au moins une mise à jour de la première base de données (11) à destination de la clé mémoire (2) pour être stockée dans la deuxième base de données (20).
