Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une éprouvette (40) massique en matériau abradable pour des essais de caractérisation, comprenant : à partir d’une plaque réalisée en substrat métallique recouvert d’un revêtement en matériau abradable sur une épaisseur d’au moins 5 mm, un contournage d’une éprouvette dans ladite plaque de manière à former ladite éprouvette, une découpe du revêtement en matériau abradable du substrat métallique de ladite éprouvette de manière à ce que ladite éprouvette soit uniquement en matériau abradable, ladite éprouvette présentant, après la découpe, une surface contournée (60) reliant une surface (44) brute et une surface (62) découpée, et un polissage desdites surfaces brute et découpée jusqu’à obtenir une épaisseur de revêtement en matériau abradable prédéterminée, le polissage étant réalisé au moyen d’un montage de polissage (70) comprenant un guide (72) configuré pour recevoir ladite éprouvette et un piston (74) configuré pour mettre ladite surface découpée ou brute en appui contre un papier de polissage (76).
