Abstract

Système de fabrication contrôlée adapté pour le contrôle d’un procédé de fabrication, réparation ou rechargement d'une pièce par dépôt de matière sous énergie concentrée, ledit système de fabrication contrôlée comprenant : des moyens d’obtention d'un modèle numérique tridimensionnel de la pièce;des moyens de génération d'un fichier de fabrication de la pièce, basé sur le modèle numérique tridimensionnel de ladite pièce, pour définir des paramètres de fabrication d’une machine de fabrication additive, lesdits paramètres de fabrication étant associés à des instructions de fabrication ;des moyens de génération d'un fichier de contrôle de la pièce pour définir des paramètres de contrôle d'un effecteur de contrôle, lesdits paramètres de contrôle étant associés à des instructions de contrôle ;des moyens d'analyse pour effectuer une analyse du fichier de fabrication et du fichier de contrôle afin de déterminer si les paramètres de fabrication et les paramètres de contrôle peuvent coexister lors de l’application simultanée des paramètres de fabrication à la machine de fabrication additive et des paramètres de contrôle à l’effecteur de contrôle;un module de commande comprenant au moins un canal de communication pour recevoir et transmettre les instructions de fabrication à un système polyarticulé de fabrication adapté pour supporter la machine de fabrication additive, et au moins un canal de communication pour recevoir et transmettre les instructions de contrôle à un système polyarticulé de contrôle adapté pour supporter l’effecteur de contrôle, pour piloter simultanément la machine de fabrication additive et l’effecteur de contrôle.
