Abstract
Dispositif pour dénuder les flexibles hydrauliques à fin de sertissage. L’invention concerne un dispositif permettant de dénuder à l’aide d’un appareil portable un flexible hydraulique (33) sans déplacer le flexible (40) par rotation de l’appareil autour de celui-ci. Cet appareil est constitué d’un boitier tubulaire (1) contenant un moteur (29) muni d’une râpe (13) cylindrique. Cette râpe (13) en tournant enlève du caoutchouc et cette opération est conjuguée avec un mouvement de rotation de l’ensemble autour d’un roulement (9) fixé à l’avant du boiter tubulaire (1). Un axe (11) enjambe le roulement (9) et présente une tige perpendiculaire (15) qui rentre dans le flexible (40) et le guide lors de l’opération. Sur l’axe (11) un manchon mobile (19) associé à la tige guide (15) permet de régler l’épaisseur du caoutchouc à enlever. Le dispositif suivant l’invention est particulièrement adapté pour dénuder des flexibles hydrauliques avec un appareil portable sur batteries.Device for stripping hydraulic hoses at the end of crimping. Pour résister à des pressions de plus en plus importantes (400 bars et plus) il est indispensable d’enlever la couche de caoutchouc qui recouvre les tresses métalliques qui arment ces flexibles afin d’effectuer le sertissage à leur contact.
