Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé sélectif de préparation de sulfoxydes à partir de sulfures par catalyse enzymatique, ainsi qu’une composition comprenant un sulfure symétrique, une enzyme oxydoréductase catalysant l’oxydation dudit sulfure symétrique en sulfoxyde symétrique ; éventuellement au moins un cofacteur C de ladite enzyme E ; et un oxydant, permettant notamment de mettre en œuvre ledit procédé.
