Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une pièce tridimensionnelle composite et pièce obtenue La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication par moulage par injection d’une pièce tridimensionnelle composite (1) en matières thermoplastiques, avec une paroi qui comprend une première couche (2) formant substrat sous-jacent et une seconde couche (3) formant peau apparente. Procédé caractérisé en ce qu’il consiste à mettre en œuvre durant deux étapes du procédé deux matrices (6) différentes et le même poinçon (7) comprenant au moins un tiroir mobile (8) affecté à une zone de contre-dépouille (4) de la pièce (1), en ce que durant la première étape de moulage, le tiroir (8) empêche l’injection de matière entre le poinçon (7) et la première matrice (6) créant ainsi dans la couche formant la paroi du substrat (2) une ouverture ou un ajour (9) par absence de matière, et en ce que durant la seconde étape de surmoulage, le tiroir (8) est surfaciquement raccord avec la surface à surmouler de la paroi du substrat (2), et autorise la formation d’une peau (3) continue sur le substrat (2), cette peau (3) recouvrant à la fois ladite surface de la couche formant la paroi dudit substrat (2) et ledit ou chaque ajour (9).
