Abstract

L’invention concerne une composition élastomère thermoplastique notamment pour conduit flexible de véhicule automobile véhiculant de l’air à température élevée, son procédé de préparation, une pièce flexible extrudée ou moulée par injection telle que ce conduit ou un profilé, et un circuit d’air l’incorporant. La composition est utilisable pour constituer ce conduit flexible apte à véhiculer de l’air à une température continûment supérieure à 150° C, la composition étant à base d’un vulcanisat thermoplastique qui comprend au moins un poly(téréphtalate de butylène) et au moins un caoutchouc acrylique choisi parmi les polyacrylates (ACM) et les polyacrylates d’éthylène (AEM). Selon l’invention, ladite composition comprend un système de réticulation comprenant une polyamine à titre d’agent réticulant, et le ratio massique dudit au moins un poly(téréphtalate de butylène) sur ledit au moins un caoutchouc acrylique est supérieur à 1,5.
