Abstract
L’invention concerne une composition élastomère thermoplastique notamment pour conduit flexible de véhicule automobile véhiculant de l’air à température élevée, son procédé de préparation, une pièce flexible extrudée ou moulée par injection telle que ce conduit ou un profilé, et un circuit d’air l’incorporant. La composition est utilisable pour constituer ce conduit flexible apte à véhiculer de l’air à une température continûment supérieure à 150° C, la composition étant à base d’un vulcanisat thermoplastique qui comprend au moins un poly(téréphtalate de butylène) et au moins un caoutchouc acrylique choisi parmi les polyacrylates (ACM) et les polyacrylates d’éthylène (AEM). Selon l’invention, ladite composition comprend un système de réticulation comprenant une polyamine à titre d’agent réticulant, et le ratio massique dudit au moins un poly(téréphtalate de butylène) sur ledit au moins un caoutchouc acrylique est supérieur à 1,5. The composition can be used to constitute this flexible duct capable of conveying air at a temperature continuously above 150 ° C., the composition being based on a thermoplastic vulcanizate which comprises at least one poly (butylene terephthalate) and at least an acrylic rubber chosen from polyacrylates (ACM) and polyethylene acrylates (AEM). According to the invention, said composition comprises a crosslinking system comprising a polyamine as a crosslinking agent, and the mass ratio of said at least one poly (butylene terephthalate) to said at least one acrylic rubber is greater than 1.5.
