Abstract

Procédé de préparation de composition réticulable La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’une composition réticulable comprenant au moins un polymère silylé P à terminaisons alkoxysilane, et au moins un système catalytique B, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - a) préparation d’un polymère silylé P à terminaisons alkoxysilane comprenant : - a-1) la réaction de polyaddition entre une composition de polyol(s) et une composition de polyisocyanate(s), en présence d’un catalyseur A choisi parmi les carboxylates à base de bismuth et/ou de zinc, pour préparer un polymère à terminaisons NCO ; - a-2) la réaction du polymère à terminaisons NCO obtenu à l’étape a-1) avec un composé organosilane ayant au moins une fonction réactive avec la fonction –NCO du polymère à terminaisons NCO ; - b) mise en contact du polymère silylé P obtenu à l’étape a) avec un système catalytique de réticulation B qui est un mélange de carboxylate(s) à base de zinc et d’amidine cyclique, ledit procédé étant réalisé en l’absence de catalyseur à base d’étain.
