Abstract
L’essieu ferroviaire (1) comporte deux ensembles roulants (3) prévus en vis-à-vis de chaque côté dudit essieu. Chaque ensemble roulant comporte une jante (4) sensiblement cylindrique comportant deux rebords en saillie (5a, 5b) sur sa face externe (6), une roue ferroviaire (2) prévue entre les deux rebords en saillie et dont le moyeu (7) est monté coulissant selon l’axe longitudinal de l’essieu sur la face externe de la jante, et des moyens de fixation (8) pour solidariser le moyeu de la roue ferroviaire contre l’un ou l’autre des deux rebords en saillie. Chaque ensemble roulant peut comporter au moins une cale (9) annulaire prévue autour de la jante entre la roue ferroviaire et le rebord en saillie sur lequel elle est solidarisée. La fixation d’une roue ferroviaire sur l’un des rebords en saillie d’une jante, par l’intermédiaire ou non d’une cale, permet de régler l’écartement des roues de l’essieu. Each rolling assembly may include at least one annular wedge (9) provided around the rim between the rail wheel and the projecting rim on which it is secured.
