Abstract

Dispositif d’usinage de poutres en bois ou similaires La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'usinage de pièces longitudinales de section quelconque telles qu'une barre ou une poutre par exemple comprenant au moins un bâti (1) muni de moyens de préhension et de déplacement de la poutre et une unité dite d'usinage (2) à commande numérique, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité d'usinage (2) comprend au moins un châssis mobile (7) sur lequel est montée en rotation une couronne (10), ladite couronne (10) étant apte à être entraînée en rotation et comprenant des parois verticales (11) supportant un plateau horizontal (12) ainsi qu’une scie circulaire (13) apte à être déplacée depuis une position rétractée dans laquelle ladite scie circulaire (13) s’étend sous le plateau horizontal (12) jusqu’à une position dite de travail dans laquelle ladite scie circulaire (12) fait saillie au-dessus dudit plateau horizontal (12) à travers une lumière radiale (14) pratiquée dans ledit plateau (12), ladite lumière radiale (14) s’étendant depuis le centre dudit plateau (12), un bloc électrobroche (15) 4 axes apte à être déplacé depuis une position rétractée dans laquelle ledit bloc électrobroche (15) s’étend sous le plateau horizontal (12) jusqu’à une position dite de travail dans laquelle fait saillie au-dessus dudit plateau horizontal (12) à travers un trou (16) sensiblement rectangulaire pratiqué dans ledit plateau (12), ledit trou rectangulaire (16) s’étendant perpendiculairement à la lumière radiale (14), l’axe longitudinal dudit trou (16) ne passant par le centre du plateau (12), et, au droit du bloc électrobroche (15), sous le plateau horizontal (12), un porte-outil (17).
