Abstract

L'invention concerne un moteur à dispositif de commande intégré (1), ayant une configuration dans laquelle un dispositif de commande (3) est intégré en étant empilé sur un arbre d’un moteur (2), est tel que du côté dispositif de commande (3), un substrat de commande (20) est tenu et fixé dans un boîtier (21) dans un état enveloppé par un matériau de résine (25) dans une portion à un niveau plus haut qu’une unité de circuit d’alimentation comprenant un module d’alimentation (17) monté sur un puits de chaleur (16), moyennant quoi une résistance aux vibrations est assurée. De surcroît, une capacité de refroidissement est assurée par un milieu de refroidissement amené en contact direct avec une portion de surface de l’unité de circuit d’alimentation dans un intérieur du puits de chaleur (16).
