Abstract

Ensemble mécanique destiné à créer une gravité artificielle lors d’un examen radiologique du rachis par IRM SCANNER. L’invention concerne un dispositif permettant de reproduire les contraintes de la position vertical sur le rachis afin de déceler un canal étroit : pathologie très invalidante. Les examens actuels ne sont pas toujours fiables : en position allongée le rachis ne subit plus la gravité, les vertèbres sont en mode détendu, faussant ainsi le diagnostic. Le dispositif mécanique comporte un cadre (châssis) tubulaire et un sous-ensemble équipé sur ses extérieurs d’un jeu de glissières de 500mm permettant une amplitude importante, un tiroir équipé de deux glissières 300mm permettra un réglage précis .Au centre, un mécanisme (vis écrou volant) est destiné au déplacement précis du tiroir (support de pieds). En face de ce sous-ensemble, un dispositif est équipé de deux éléments au profil concave afin de limiter le déplacement des épaules. La dimension établie en position debout servira de référence lors des réglages pendant toute la durée de l’IRM SCANNER. Les éléments d’ossature sont habillés d’une protection en tôle aluminium ou plaque plexiglas.
