FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a signaling easel.

It finds particular application in the signaling of areas dangerous to pedestrian traffic, such as public spaces, industrial production sites, warehouses, etc.

More specifically, the invention describes a folding signage easel whose message or information that it carries is interchangeable.

PRIOR STATE OF THE ART The use of folding signage easels as a means of transmitting messages and information is well known from the prior art.

For example, such folding easels are described in document FR ° 2 732 986.

This document describes a folding signage easel, consisting of two articulated frames each carrying a message to be transmitted.

In the same way, the document WO1993 / 014484 describes a signaling easel, comprising, in the same way, a message on each of the articulated frames which compose it.

In general, said messages to be transmitted correspond to a standardized layout, like pictograms, the line, colors and design of which are indicative of a particular message.

These constraints require that said messages to be transmitted are applied to the easel indelibly, by means of various methods, such as for example printing or engraving.

Also, in this case, said message to be transmitted carried by a signaling easel cannot be modified, which therefore limits the use of said easel to specific cases.

To overcome this drawback and make said signaling easel more versatile, an easel of the type in question has been proposed, the message to be transmitted of which is inscribed in an erasable manner, for example by means of a chalk or felt-tip pens with erasable ink. .

2 While such an easel allows progress in terms of the variety of information it contains, it is nonetheless true that it remains difficult for a user to quickly and satisfactorily reproduce said message or information. to be transmitted by such methods on a signage easel devoid of any inscription.

The technical problem which the invention proposes to solve is therefore that of a signaling easel whose message to be transmitted can be easily and quickly modified by a user.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The signaling easel which is the subject of the invention comprises two frames articulated on one another in the vicinity of their upper end, so that the lower ends of the two frames can be separated from one another. another so as to form an assembly 15 which can rest on the ground in a stable manner.

According to the invention, at least one of the two frames of the easel comprises a mounting zone allowing the insertion of a panel in a removable manner, said panel being capable of carrying a message, an illustration or a pictogram.

In other words, the invention consists in replacing the traditional easels by an easel in which the information is carried by a removable panel, the variety of said information then being based on the multiplicity of such panels.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the two frames are identical.

Advantageously, one of the two frames has a handle near its upper end.

According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, said removable panel is fixed in a reversible manner on said mounting zone.

For example, in the event that the user wishes to change the message or information carried by the easel from a first message to a second message, it is advantageously sufficient for him to remove the removable panel bearing the first message from the assembly area. , and to replace it in the same place with another removable panel bearing the second message.

In addition, this characteristic specific to the invention allows either the display of the same message on the two frames, or to display a different message on each of the two frames.

Advantageously, the removable panel is clipped onto the mounting zone, the latter being provided with corresponding holes or securing means.

According to another characteristic of the invention, said frames are made of plastic.

Likewise, said at least one removable panel is advantageously made of plastic.

This material in fact makes it possible to confer both lightness on said easel, while at the same time having resistance characteristics necessary for regular use of this easel.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, said front and rear panels as well as said removable panel are obtained by injection molding of polypropylene or polyethylene, or any other thermoplastic material.

4 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION FIG. 1 therefore illustrates in perspective a signaling easel (1) according to the invention.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, said signaling easel (1) comprises a simple frame (10) and a frame provided with a handle (20).

A removable panel (30) is reversibly secured to each of said two frames (10, 20).

The two frames (10, 20) are hinged near their upper ends, so that the lower ends of the two frames (10, 20) can be spaced from each other so as to allow the easel (1 ) rest on the ground in a stable manner, as shown in Figure 1.

The simple frame (10) and the frame with a handle (20) share a multitude of geometric similarities.

First of all, as illustrated in Figures 2a and 2b, the frame (10, 20) is mainly flat.

It extends along a plane (P) in a lower zone (12) and an upper zone (11), said zones being connected by two uprights of the same length (13a, 13b).

An axis (A) 20 constitutes an axis of symmetry of the lower (12) and upper (11) zones.

These two uprights (13a, 13b) delimit the outer edges of said frame (10, 20).

These uprights (13a, 13b) are on the one hand parallel to each other, and on the other hand perpendicular to the lower (12) and upper (11) zones, so that they delimit a mounting zone (M) of rectangular shape, also included in the plane (P) of said frame (10, 20).

This mounting zone (M), according to one characteristic of the invention, is configured to accommodate said removable panel (30).

In other words, its dimensions correspond to the play close to the peripheral dimensions of said panel (30).

Then, securing orifices (13c), of elongated and rectangular shape, projecting within the mounting zone (M) from each upright (13a, 13b).

Each of these uprights (13a, 13b) has three securing holes (13c).

One of them, called the central securing orifice, is located at the level of the middle of the height of said upright (13a, 13b), while the other two are located on either side and at an equal distance from this central orifice.

It should be noted that advantageously, the distribution of said securing orifices (13c) along the uprights (13a, 13b) is symmetrical with respect to the axis (A), such that a securing orifice (13c ) carried by the upright (13a) is located opposite a securing orifice (13c) carried by the upright (13b).

Furthermore, the frame (10, 20) is connected to the ground by means of two feet of the same length (12a, 12b), the outer edges of which coincide with the contour of said frame (10, 20).

These two feet (12a, 12b) are in contact with the ground via their lower edge (Bi).

The upper zone (11) is delimited on its outer edges by two hooks (14a, 14b), extending from said outer edge of the frame (10, 20) towards the interior of the frame (10, 20).

These hooks (14a, 14b) find an advantageous application when it is necessary, for example, to stretch a chain or tape between two bridges (1).

Two branches (11a, 11b), symmetrical with respect to the axis (A), extend parallel upwards in the plane (P) of the frame (10, 20) from the upper zone (11) The branches (11a , 1 lb) incorporate a pivot (11c) and a bore (11d), advantageously making it possible to produce a hinge articulating the two frames (10) and (20) with one another.

First, a pivot (11c) extends from the inner edge of the leg (11a) towards the interior of the frame (10).

It is composed of a hollow cylinder with an outer diameter of between 10 and 30 millimeters, the axis of which is included in a plane passing through the free edge of the rib (C), and whose direction is parallel to the lower end of the two feet 25 (12a, 12b).

The free end of this pivot (11c) is thickened by a shoulder over a height of between 2 and 10 millimeters, adding between 3 and 5 millimeters to the radius of said cylinder in this end.

Then a bore (11d) pierces right through the handle support (1 lb).

The inner diameter of this bore (11d) is greater than the outer diameter of said hollow pivot cylinder (11a), so that said hollow cylinder can pivot freely within it.

The length of this bore (11d) is at most equal to the length of said hollow cylinder of the pivot (11a), so that when a pivot (11a) of a first frame (10, 20) is inserted into the bore (11d) of a second frame (10, 20), the shoulder of said pivot (11a) may protrude from said bore (11d).

A notch (16) is located symmetrically to the position of the clip (15) with respect to the axis (A).

The clip (15) is designed to bind reversibly to the notch (16), in order to hold the easel (1) when the rear faces of the two frames (10, 20) are in contact with each other, that is, in a collapsed position, and thus promote storage and transport.

The frame provided with a handle (20) differs from the simple frame (10) in that the two branches (11a, 1 lb) allow a handle (11e) to be secured to the frame (20), as shown in the figures. 3a and 3b, advantageously offering a comfortable grip to the user in order to be able to move said easel (1).

This handle (11e) has three concave projections of the same length on its lower edge, advantageously increasing the ergonomics of said handle (11e).

Figure 4a illustrates the removable panel (30).

It is advantageously formed by a flat and rectangular outer surface (32), the outer dimensions of which match those of the mounting zone (M).

This outer surface (32) advantageously serves as a support for a message, an illustration or a pictogram.

As shown in FIG. 4b, flexible tongues (31) are arranged on the back of this removable panel (30), the shape of which is adapted to cooperate with said securing orifices (13c) in the manner of clips.

Thus, according to one characteristic of the invention, the user can reversibly mount the removable panel (30) in the frame (10, 20).

A mechanical reinforcement (C), shown in FIG. 2b, extends towards the rear of said frame (10, 20), perpendicular to the contours of said plane (P).

The depth of this reinforcement (C) is constant, and is between 5 and 30 millimeters.

This reinforcement is advantageously obtained from molding.

Advantageously, said frames (10, 20) are made of plastic material, and obtained by injection molding.

Each frame (10, 20) is advantageously made of a single one-piece piece, in order to simplify the assembly of one on the other, and to extend the life of said easel (1), by reducing the number of elements which may present 5 failures.

Advantageously, said plastic material is either polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE).

These two materials can however be replaced by any thermoplastic material.

Indeed, in addition to good moldability and injection capacities, these plastic materials offer an interesting compromise between the weight and the resistance of said frames (10, 20).

The walls of said frames (10, 20) have a general thickness of between 2.5 and 3 millimeters, advantageously lying close to 2.6 millimeters.

Furthermore, the easel of the invention can be produced in different colors, in particular depending on regulations and other obligations.

In addition, the colors of the two frames may be different from those of the removable panels.

We can see the interest of the device of the invention due, on the one hand, to the advantageous characteristics of the reversible connection between the removable panel (30) using the securing orifices (13c) and flexible tabs ( 31), allowing the user to modify at will the message carried by the easel (1) by changing the removable panel (30), and on the other hand due to the use of an injected plastic material, giving the bridge resistance and durability over time (1).
