Abstract
La présente invention vise un procédé (20) de culture d'au moins un microorganisme d'intérêt (28), en hétérotrophie ou mixotrophie, dans un milieu de culture (30) aqueux, des microorganismes contaminants (32) se développant naturellement dans ledit milieu de culture (30), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : - une étape (21) de prélèvement d'une portion du milieu de culture (30) comprenant le microorganisme d'intérêt (28) et des microorganismes contaminants (32) ; - une étape (22) de séparation physique du microorganisme d'intérêt (28) et des microorganismes contaminants (32) au sein de ladite portion de milieu de culture (30) ; - une étape (24) de lyse des microorganismes contaminants (32) ainsi séparés de sorte à produire un lysat (35) ; - une étape (25) de réintroduction dudit lysat (35) dans le milieu de culture (30).
