L'invention porte sur un dispositif de limitation de survitesse (4) pour turbine d'une turbomachine, ladite turbine s'étendant autour d'un axe longitudinal (X-X) et comprenant au moins une aube (22), ladite aube comprenant une pale (24) s'étendant selon une direction radiale (Y-Y) par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (X-X), le dispositif de limitation de survitesse (4) comprenant un mécanisme passif de changement de pas (40) configuré pour modifier une orientation de la pale (24) par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (X-X) lorsqu'une vitesse de rotation de l'aube (22) autour de l'axe longitudinal (X-X) dépasse un seuil prédéterminé correspondant à une survitesse de ladite turbine.
