L'invention concerne un moteur d'aéronef, comportant au moins une hélice (1) de rotor non carénée et une rangée annulaire d'aubes (4) de stator configurées pour redresser au moins une partie d'un flux de gaz traversant ladite hélice (1), chaque aube (4) de stator comportant un profil aérodynamique avec un bord d'attaque (5) et un bord de fuite (6), caractérisé en ce que chaque aube (4) de stator comprend un corps (10) fixe comportant ledit bord de fuite (6), et une tête (11) mobile comportant ledit bord d'attaque (5), ladite tête (11) étant mobile autour d'un axe (9) s'étendant le long dudit bord d'attaque (5)
