Abstract

système DE PROPULSION ou de positionnement dynamique CYCLOÏDAL POUR UN NAVIRE L’invention concerne un système de propulsion ou de positionnement dynamique cycloïdal (100) pour un navire baignant dans une eau présentant une direction d’écoulement et comportant un châssis, un rotor (102) monté mobile en rotation sur le châssis autour d’un axe principal (104) perpendiculaire à la direction d’écoulement, et comportant une pluralité de bras (108) s’étendant radialement par rapport à l’axe principal (104), un moteur principal (106) équipé d’un codeur rotatif et entraînant ledit rotor (102) en rotation, pour chaque bras (108), une pale (110) montée mobile en rotation sur le bras (108) autour d’un axe secondaire (112) parallèle à l’axe principal (104), pour chaque pale (110), un moteur secondaire (114) équipé d’un codeur rotatif et entraînant ladite pale (110) en rotation, pour au moins une pale (110), un capteur d’effort (202) agencé de manière à pouvoir évaluer les efforts qui s’exercent sur la pale (110), et une unité de contrôle (150) connectée à chaque codeur rotatif, au capteur de contrainte (202) et à chaque moteur (106, 114) et commandant la rotation en angle et en vitesse de chaque moteur (106, 114).
