Abstract

Boîtier d'assistance d'un système de direction d'un véhicule, comportant un arbre (2) tournant suivant un axe principal, destiné à recevoir une roue dentée (4), ledit arbre étant maintenu suivant son axe principal par un roulement à billes (6), ledit boitier d'assistance comportant un carter (12) réalisé dans un premier matériau, ledit carter (12) comprenant un alésage (14) recevant une bague externe (18) du roulement à billes, et ledit alésage (14) comprenant une bague de serrage (20) réalisée dans un second matériau présentant des propriétés de dilatation thermique différentes du premier matériau, ladite bague de serrage (20) présentant une face d'appui (30) en contact avec un premier côté de la bague externe (18), un deuxième côté, opposé au premier côté, de la bague externe (18) étant en appui sur le carter (12), caractérisé en ce que la face d'appui (30) de la bague de serrage (20) présente une surface conique centrée sur l'axe principal, formant un cône qui s'ouvre en direction de la bague externe (18).
