Un système de climatisation (100) pour réguler des températures dans les locaux (191) d'un bâtiment, comprenant : une unité extérieure (110) centrale configurée pour fournir de l'énergie de refroidissement et / ou de l'énergie de chauffage à une unité de distribution d'énergie (120) au moyen d'un premier ou d'un deuxième courant de fluide (116, 117) respectivement ; une pluralité d'unités intérieures (191) configurées pour recevoir des troisièmes courants de fluide (126) pour chauffer ou refroidir sélectivement l'un des locaux (191) évoqués, associé à l'unité intérieure (191) en question ; l'unité de distribution d'énergie (120) centrale reliée opérationnellement à l'unité extérieure (110) centrale pour recevoir le premier et le deuxième courant de fluide (116, 117) et reliée opérationnellement à la pluralité d'unités intérieures (191) pour transférer, de manière contrôlée, une partie de l'énergie de refroidissement ou de l'énergie de chauffage au moyen des troisièmes courants de fluide (126) ; où les premier, deuxième et troisièmes courants de fluide (126) contiennent essentiellement de l'eau.
