Abstract

Un ensemble détecteur (100) est proposé, lequel inclut un détecteur à semi-conducteur (110), plusieurs anodes pixelisées (114), et au moins une unité de traitement (120). Les différentes anodes pixelisées (114) sont disposées sur une surface (112) du détecteur à semi-conducteur (110). Chaque anode pixelisée est configurée pour générer un signal primaire (32) en réponse à la réception d'un photon (116) et pour générer au moins un signal secondaire (34 ; 35 ; 36 ; 37) en réponse à une charge induite provoquée par la réception d'un photon (116) par au moins une anode (14) environnante. L'au moins une unité de traitement est couplée fonctionnellement aux anodes pixelisées (114) et est configurée pour acquérir un signal primaire (32) à partir de l'une (114a) des anodes (114) en réponse à la réception d'un photon (116) ; acquérir au moins un signal secondaire (34 ; 35 ; 36 ; 37) à partir d'au moins un pixel voisin ; et déterminer une profondeur d'interaction (Z0 ; Z1 ; Z2 ; Z3 ; Z4) dans le détecteur à semi-conducteur (110) pour la réception du photon (116) par cette anode (114a) des anodes (114) en utilisant l'au moins un signal secondaire (34 ; 35 ; 36 ; 37).
