Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé (60) de détection d'un court-circuit sur une charge (40) commandée au moyen d'un pont en H (20). Le procédé comporte, lorsque ledit pont en H est placé dans un état d'activation : • une mesure (62) de valeurs successives de l'intensité d'un courant haut circulant dans un commutateur haut à l'état passant, • une mesure (63) de valeurs successives de l'intensité d'un courant bas circulant dans un commutateur bas à l'état passant, • une évaluation (64) d'un critère de détection d'une surintensité du courant bas ou du courant haut, • lorsque le critère de détection de surintensité est vérifié : un calcul (65) de variations des intensités du courant haut et du courant bas, et une évaluation (66) d'un critère de ressemblance entre les variations des intensités du courant haut et du courant bas, un court-circuit étant détecté si le critère de ressemblance est vérifié.
