Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation in vitro de modèles cellulaire et tissulaire comprenant au moins une étape de culture de fibroblastes de la jonction dermo-hypodermique ; les modèles obtenus ainsi que leurs mises en œuvre dans des procédés de criblage d'actifs favorisant la différenciation de fibroblastes de la jonction dermo-hypodermique en cellules adipocytes, ostéoblastes et/ou chondroblastes.
