Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de spectrométrie Raman (1) comprenant un système de source (2) générant un premier faisceau lumineux d'excitation à une première fréquence d'excitation, un système de séparation spectrale (8), un système de détection (10) dans un intervalle spectral d'observation et un calculateur (12) générant une première partie de spectre de diffusion Raman dans un premier domaine spectral Raman s'étendant entre un premier nombre d'onde relatif et un deuxième nombre d'onde relatif. Selon l'invention, le système de source est adapté pour générer un deuxième faisceau lumineux d'excitation à une deuxième fréquence d'excitation différente de la première fréquence d'excitation, le calculateur générant une deuxième partie de spectre de diffusion Raman dans un deuxième domaine spectral Raman en nombre d'onde fonction du même intervalle spectral d'observation, ledit deuxième domaine spectral s'étendant entre un troisième nombre d'onde relatif et un quatrième nombre d'onde relatif. L'invention concerne également un procédé de spectrométrie Raman.
