Abstract
Procédé de mesure utilisant un capteur de proximité inductif (3) relié à un câble (2), le procédé de mesure comportant les étapes suivantes : - appliquer sur le câble une tension d'excitation (Vexc) ayant pour fréquence une fréquence de référence (fref) connue ; - acquérir une tension de mesure (Vmes) représentative d'un courant d'excitation (Iexc) qui circule dans le câble et dans le capteur sous l'effet de la tension d'excitation ; - multiplier la tension de mesure par un premier signal de référence (C1ref) pour obtenir un premier signal de mesure et par un deuxième signal de référence (C2ref) pour obtenir un deuxième signal de mesure ; - évaluer une impédance de mesure représentative d'une impédance du capteur et du câble à partir du premier signal de mesure et du deuxième signal de mesure ; - estimer une inductance du capteur ou une impédance du capteur à partir de l'impédance de mesure ; - comparer l'inductance du capteur ou l'impédance du capteur avec un seuil de détection prédéfini pour obtenir une information de proximité.
