Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de suivi de l'oxygénation d'un greffon, comprenant : a) le mélange d'une solution de préservation d'organe de préférence avec au moins une molécule choisie parmi l'hémoglobine extracellulaire d'Annélides, ses globines et ses protomères de globine, afin d'obtenir une composition, dans un récipient étanche ; b) l'immersion du greffon dans la composition obtenue en a) ; c) l'introduction d'une sonde à oxygène dans la composition obtenue en a), ou dans la composition de l'étape b) ; et d) la fermeture du récipient étanche, les étapes c) et d) étant effectuées simultanément ou dans un ordre indifférent. Elle a également pour objet un procédé de détermination de la viabilité d'un greffon.
