Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (2) de traitement d'air pour la ventilation des bâtiments tertiaires, le dispositif comprenant une entrée d'air neuf (4), pour faire entrer un flux d'air neuf entrant (F1), au moins un filtre (8a, 8b), pour filtrer le flux d'air neuf entrant (F1), un by-pass (10a, 10b) du filtre, grâce auquel une partie au moins du flux d'air neuf entrant (F1) peut contourner le filtre, un organe de fermeture (12a, 12b), pour fermer sélectivement le by-pass, et une unité électronique (14) de commande de l'organe de fermeture, apte à collecter des informations relatives à la qualité de l'air neuf entrant et à contrôler l'organe de fermeture pour ouvrir ou fermer le by-pass en fonction de la qualité de l'air neuf entrant.
