Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour l'optimisation des dépenses énergétiques et du confort d'un bâtiment comportant une pluralité d'équipements de confort munis d'un capteur (10) de consommation connecté, une pluralité de capteurs (20) de données d'environnement local associés à un identifiant d'une zone dudit bâtiment, et au moins un serveur (30) pour collecter et enregistrer lesdites données horodatées télétransmis par lesdits capteurs de consommation et pour collecter des données externes au bâtiment ainsi que des données caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes : Construction et enregistrement d'un modèle numérique simplifié du comportement thermique dudit bâtiment - une étape de calibrage du modèle numérique simplifié calculé lors de l'étape précédente, - une étape de validation du modèle numérique calibré calculé lors de l'étape précédente par la comparaison entre les variables numériques obtenue par un traitement prédictif dudit modèle calibré et les variables numériques enregistrées par ledit serveur pendant une période de plusieurs jours - une étape de calcul de paramètres numériques d'allocation de ressources par l'application d'un calcul d'optimum de Pareto appliqué audit modèle numérique calibré validé.
