Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage souple à caractère étanche pour produits alimentaires, destiné à être soumis à un chauffage pour cuisson. Selon l'invention, l'emballage comporte une feuille métallique (7) assemblée à une feuille composite au niveau des trois côtés étanches (8) par des cordons de thermosoudage réalisés par la couche de matière plastique thermoscellable résistante à la haute température de la feuille composite et rendus inactifs au terme d'une cuisson barbecue, le quatrième côté (8) de l'emballage est apte à être pourvu d'un système (5) de fermeture étanche de l'emballage rendu inactif au terme d'une cuisson barbecue.
