Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif (40) de détection de présence comportant un capteur (60) relié à un microcontrôleur (50), ledit capteur comportant une première capacité (62) de détection agencée dans une première zone (Zd1) de détection, et une seconde capacité (64) de détection agencée dans une seconde zone (Zd2) de détection, ledit microcontrôleur (50) étant configuré pour répéter de manière récurrente une phase de mesure d'un signal de mesure (N) par charge / décharge de la première capacité de détection depuis / vers la seconde capacité de détection, et pour détecter une présence d'un utilisateur dans la première zone (Zd1) de détection et/ou la seconde zone (Zd2) de détection en fonction du signal de mesure (N). La présente invention concerne également un véhicule automobile comportant un dispositif de détection et un procédé de détection.
