Abstract
Med en fremgangsmåte til måling og en måleinnretning for måling av en bane som er tilbakelagt av et første objekt i forhold til et annet objekt, deformeres et målelegeme ved en relativ bevegelse mellom objektene, og minst en første deformasjonssensor tilknyttet målelegemet omformer målelegemedeformasjonen til et målesignal. Målesignalet blir deretter, ved hjelp av en evalueringsinnretning, omformet i det minste til informasjon om den tilbakelagte bane. For i denne kontekst å fremme måling av banen med et høyt nivå av presisjon og en stor hastighet på en måte som er strukturelt enkel og som sparer plass, gjennomgår målelegemet en deformasjon hvor det strekkes i et område langs lengdeaksen av målelegemet og trykkes sammen i et ytterligere område langs lengdeaksen av målelegemet. Den første deformasjonssensor strekkes eller trykkes sammen i ett av områdene, avhengig av dens posisjon, og en forandring i en fysisk egenskap for den første deformasjonssensor forårsaket av strekkingen/ sammentrykkingen avgis som det første målesignal.
