L'invention concerne un dispositif de ventilation comprenant une hélice et un moteur d'entrainement, ledit moteur d'entrainement comportant un arbre moteur et un flasque (19) arrière, ledit flasque (19) arrière comportant un support de moyeu de l'arbre moteur et des ouvertures de refroidissement pour le refroidissement du moteur. Selon l'invention, - le flasque arrière étant constitué d'une bande centrale ou d'au moins deux bras, ladite bande centrale ou lesdits bras portant ledit support de moyeu, deux ouvertures de refroidissement dudit flasque (19) arrière sont séparées uniquement par ladite bande centrale, ou respectivement par un desdits bras et ledit support, et - ledit dispositif comporte un capot (28) de protection dudit flasque (19) arrière, ledit capot (28) de protection comprenant une surface de recouvrement dudit flasque (19) arrière, ladite surface de recouvrement étant en partie ouverte et comportant une ou plusieurs premières parties couvrantes, chaque première partie couvrante étant placée en regard d'une ouverture de refroidissement distincte dudit flasque (19) arrière en étant configurée pour recouvrir au moins partiellement ladite ouverture correspondante, au moins une desdites ouvertures de refroidissement est ainsi au moins en partie recouverte par une première partie couvrante.
